Fields of research

Mechanical properties of metals and their alloys, creep, phase transformations in metals, thermal stability, hexagonal and cubic metals and alloys. Among her research interest are i.a. rapidly solidified magnesium alloys, magnesium composites and magnesium cast alloys. She is especially interested in investigation of creep properties and behaviour and effect of microstructure on mechanical properties of these materials.
